Refund policy
Chic Vein LLC has a 30 day return & exchange policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item(s) to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. There will be a 30% restocking fee applied to all returns and exchanges.
Final Sale Items are Not eligible for return or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, these items include "Final Sale" items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty/ hygiene products). We also do not accept returns for undergarments and some accessories. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to process an exchange is to complete a the return process from your account, for the item(s) you would like to exchange then make a separate purchase for the new item using your store credit.
Store Credits
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the credit was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a credit to your account via promotional code. There will be a 30% restocking fee applied to all returns & exchanges. You will receive a detailed credit invoice that lists this fee and the total amount of your credit. Approved credits are issued at the purchase price (minus any taxes) less the 30% restocking fee.
